Boxfit is an amazing fat burning class that will shape and tone your body whilst mastering boxing moves and techniques. It is great for developing fitness, strength, power and flexibility. The 45 minute class will offer a wide variety of exercises from pad work drills using kicks and punches to body weight exercises, such as burpees and push ups.
It is suitable for any ability and there will be no body contact. As long as you can pack a good punch and fire a swift kick you will love it! You are welcome to bring your own gloves if you have them.
